*The per-ticket amount is Tixoola’s standard platform fee on default rates—not a monthly software bill, and not a cut that grows when you raise prices unless a percent is shown. Volume, region, or a signed agreement can change what you pay.
Card processing (Stripe, Square, or Authorize.Net) is billed by your processor and is not included in the Tixoola platform fee.
Comp tickets and free events are supported. Ask us how they are treated on your fee schedule.

Pricing FAQ

Ticketing has a per-ticket-line platform fee plus, where applicable, a percentage of the eligible transaction amount. The numbers on this page come from our public pricing feed when it is available; your organization’s agreement or custom credit plan may differ.

No. Card and payment processor fees are charged by your payment provider (Stripe, Square, or Authorize.Net) and are separate from Tixoola platform fees.

Yes. Fees can be passed through to buyers or absorbed by your organization, configured per event or per ticket type, with clear fee display at checkout.

Yes. Final fees depend on your region, volume, and contract. Custom credit plans may override default public rates. Start signup or contact sales for a quote tailored to your organization.

Default ticketing fees cover the full ticketing platform: branded event pages, unlimited ticket types, presale and access codes, dynamic pricing tiers, QR scanning and check-in, box office sales, reporting, and settlement statements. There is no separate charge for the organizer portal.

Complimentary tickets are supported for guests, sponsors, and staff. Talk to our team about how comps and free-event configurations affect your fee schedule.

With Stripe Connect, ticket revenue settles to your own Stripe account and pays out to your bank on your payout schedule. Settlement reports with PDF export reconcile every event.

Default public rates are the same usage-based fees shown on this page for every organization type. Volume, region, or a signed agreement can change what you pay—start signup or contact sales if you need a quote for a district, booster club, or 501(c)(3).

No. On default rates there is no monthly software subscription. If you sell nothing in July, you owe nothing for that month. You pay the per-ticket platform fee (plus any percentage of the eligible amount) when tickets sell.

Yes. Payouts go to the processor account your organization connects—Stripe, Square, or Authorize.Net—not a Tixoola merchant account. Boosters, PTAs, and leagues typically connect the bank account they already use for the program.
